DUNE

I've only seen the Great Sand Dunes in Colorado twice. The first time on foot. The second time from the air while flying in a jet plane from Albuquerque to Denver. The first way is the best way to see the them and I'm feeling strong urges to go back and camp deep in the dune field there again.

Need to find out when tourist load is at a minimum, though. I would prefer to be all alone.
