Dead Kit Eaten

Looks like the local bobcat ate the dead kit, leaving nothing but tufts of pulled fur behind.

I had forgotten about it until I spotted a crow plucking up pieces of fur for nest building. Humming birds may use the leftover fur for their nests as well.

Nothing is wasted in the wild.
