First Fall Snow 2019

First snow arrived later than usual. About ten days later. Then it snowed two more times before end of October. All fairly light but enough to matter. After third snow the wind kicked up and temperatures dropped hard into the low teens.

Ribs are healing but still hard to move around a lot. Glad to have firewood all gathered, split and stacked within easy reach from the front door. Carrying it in hurts some but it's not too bad. Getting up out of bed in the mornings is much more painful.
